The delivery time specified in your order begins upon receipt of the total purchase amount by us. The specified delivery time includes a grace period of 10 business days.
You cannot choose between freight and parcel service.
Typically, orders that are shorter than 200 cm and weigh a maximum of 30 kg are delivered by parcel service. All other products will be delivered by freight. For items up to 240 cm in length, unloading is done by the freight service unless self-unloading by the customer is explicitly agreed upon. For items longer than 240 cm, unloading must be done by the customer. Additional shipping costs may arise for deliveries to German islands, which we will charge separately.
We will inform you via email when we have handed your order over to the freight service. The freight service will then contact you at the phone number or email address you provided and coordinate the delivery date with you. Please ensure that the freight service can reach you at the specified phone number or email address. Between the order and the handover to the freight service, you will not receive any other messages from us regarding the order status.
In the case of delivery by freight, the delivery will take place exclusively on a publicly accessible road that can be driven on by truck to the delivery address you provided, with unloading and handover at the edge of the public road (curb) on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.
